The owners had lived in Burbank for six years. They loved the neighborhood — the tree-lined streets, the proximity to everything, the sense of community. What they couldn't find was a house that fit their life. Everything on the market was either too small, too dated, or too compromised.

So they bought a lot and called us.

From the first sketch to the final walkthrough, this project was a collaboration. We designed around the way they actually use space — a kitchen that's the center of everything, a living room that spills out to the backyard, bedrooms that feel like a retreat at the end of the day.
